Custom merchandise means products and/or logos that do not appear in the collection of products featured in the printed catalog or on the web store. The UAW-GM Merchandise Collection Team can help you by introducing an unlimited variety of custom promotional products, providing you with logo/imprint design work and assisting you with building brand loyalty for your next team meeting, company picnic, open house, job fair or trade show.

There are ten (10) standard logos offered in the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection catalog and online store. If you are interested in ordering a promotional product with an alternative logo, please do not hesitate to contact the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection Catalog Team to discuss your project.
Standard catalog orders are processed using a Paper Proof approval process at no additional charge. If you would like a Pre-production Product Proof, please notify the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection Team when you place your order.

You can order catalog merchadise by completing an Order Form found in the catalog and faxing it to: 248.816.5734.

You can order online and submit your request electronically.
All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars. No C.O.D. You can pay for your order via PO #, PO Release #, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PCard. Orders paid for by check are accepted if the order is placed via the mail, but not accepted for online orders.

Orders paid by Purchase Order or Purchase Order Release Numbers will be processed upon our receipt of the hard copy.
All locations set-up to receive Consignee shipments will be invoiced "Consignee".
All locations not set-up to receive Consignee billing will be invoiced "Actual Freight". These shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice.
We can accomodate overnight delivery when the proper authorization and documentation is provided.
Orders requiring mulitiple ship dates or destinations may incur additional costs. Please call for quote.
Online shoppers will receive an email acknowledgement from the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection immediately after order is placed.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at the time of order processing and will be reflected on your second order confirmation detailing your Evigna sales order number and item availability. This second Order Acknowledgment should be reviewed for errors, signed and returned by fax to: 248.816.5734.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective merchandise at no additional charge within 15 days of order shipment date. If for some reason a defective or damaged item cannot be replaced, we will promptly credit your account.
Please contact the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection Team to obtain a Return Authoization Number (RAN) for your return shipment and be sure that your RAN is clearly marked on your return shipment (i.e. on outside of carton, on packing slip, on any included correspondence, etc.).
All factories reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered. However, every effort will be made to ship exact quantities.
A paper proof will be provided to you for your approval around 7 days after we receive your signed Order Acknowledgment.
All orders are considered firm. However, if an order must be canceled or revised, we must receive written notice before production has begun. Orders that have already started production will be billed at cost for work completed.
Specifications on various items are subject to change. In the event of a major change you will be contacted prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to to cancel items at any time and will refund any amount pre-paid.
As distributor of this program we cannot be held responsible for delays that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, etc.
All products in the UAW-GM Merchandise Collection catalog and web store are USA made.
To the extent possible, items are made and logo decorated by union workers. Reference the icon legend for details. This legend is at the bottom of every other page in the printed catalog and on the Home page of the web store.
Personalization is defined as adding Proper Names to each individual product ordered or as adding lines of text to a standard logo. There is an additional cost of $7.50 per line for product personalization.

By "secure," we mean that the Digital Catalog uses the SSL protocol. Our web servers are capable of delivering 128-bit encryption. However, your browser ultimately determines the exact level of encryption, not by the server. For example, if your browser is capable of communicating using 128 bits, the server will use 128-bit encryption. If your browser is only able to communicate using 40-bit encryption, then the server will use 40-bit encryption.
This function is found on the left side of every page and is part of the main shopping cart navigation. Make your selection from the list by clicking on the actual category name. Selecting "All Products" will display the first 500 items in the database matching your query.
Selecting any other category will display all items that are assigned to that category. If there are many items in a given category, they will be displayed on multiple pages. By scrolling to the top or bottom of any page, you will see additional navigation options that will allow you to jump to any of the related pages for that particular search.
Click on any item image or any displayed product text link to view a larger image and details of a given product.
The Keyword Search, also located to the left, allows you to search for an item by entering a keyword or, if you know it, a stock number. You do not have to know the exact product name. All data fields for a given product will be searched, so you may want or need to refine your keywords.
For example: By entering the word "cap", a variety of products could be displayed, such as "Baseball caps", "Rollerball pen with cap", "Vampire capes", etc. So if you were really looking for a hat, you may want to try entering the word "hat", or "derby", or "cowboy hat" to be more specific.
If you do know the complete or partial stock number of an item, simply type it in the search box and press your enter key. Your item will be displayed.
Found on the main navigation menu, you can click on this button to display your virtual "shopping cart". All items that you have selected to purchase will be displayed, along with quantities, prices and sub-totals.
When you click "View Cart" or "View Order", you will notice that there are three (3) hyperlinks inside the cart table.
"Number" - Displays the stock number. Click to review product details. "Delete" - Delete. If you click the "Delete" link, that line item will be deleted immediately. "Edit" - Edit. Click to edit the quantity of the item on the line.
Clicking on the "Back" button will take you back to the previous page. You should use the shopping cart "Back" button (if available) rather than the "Back" button on your browser.
